1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MassInfo ("the Platform"), a unit of Yashita Foundation, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our services and enroll in our UGC-compliant internship programs, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Be currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution or university.
  • Provide accurate educational, personal, and payment information.
  • Comply fully with UGC internship guidelines and our academic policies.

3. Registration and Account

Account Creation & Security:

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information during sign-up.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your student dashboard.
  • We reserve the right to disable or suspend accounts for policy violations.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

Course Fee: The internship registration fee covers your access to the LMS, mentorship, and generation of verified certificates. Payment is required before full course access is granted.

No Refund Policy: Once the payment is processed and dashboard access is provided, fees are strictly non-refundable. This is due to the immediate allocation of educational resources and administrative compliance requirements.

Payment Issues: Failed or fraudulent payments will result in course access suspension. Chargebacks will lead to immediate account termination.

5. Completion Requirements

To successfully receive your verified internship certificate and marksheet, you must:

  • Complete all assigned course modules and training hours (e.g., 60/120 Hours).
  • Submit all required assessments and project reports via your dashboard.
  • Maintain a minimum of 60% passing score in overall assessments.
  • Complete the course within the stipulated timeframe without violating academic integrity.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Academic Integrity: No plagiarism in assignments or final projects. No unauthorized collaboration during assessments or sharing of answers.

Platform Usage: You agree not to attempt reverse engineering, hacking, spamming, or abusive behavior on the platform. Unauthorized commercial use or distribution of malicious content is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, PDFs, text, and graphics provided on the platform are proprietary to MassInfo. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or reselling of course content is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Academic dishonesty, forgery, or plagiarism.
  • Non-payment of required fees or fraudulent transactions.
  • Platform misuse, abuse, or illegal activities.

9. Disclaimer

MassInfo provides educational and training services to enhance student skills. However, we cannot guarantee employment outcomes, university admissions, or specific career advancements as a direct result of these programs. Our liability is strictly limited to the course fee paid.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhepura, Bihar.
